About Didi

Hi, I’m Didi de Zwarte, a registered dietitian with over 9 years of experience in both private practice and healthcare communications. I specialise in bariatric nutrition, supporting individuals through their weight loss journey before and after surgery. I also run a general nutrition clinic, helping clients with a wide range of health and dietary concerns.

In addition to my private practice, I work with the HSE on digital health projects, focusing on self-management for obesity and other chronic conditions. Whether you’re considering bariatric surgery, managing a chronic illness, or just looking for expert nutritional guidance, I’m here to help.

Based in Ireland, I see clients from across Ireland and the UK, offering compassionate, personalised advice that suits your individual needs. Together, we can work towards achieving your health goals for a healthier, happier life.
